Names and functions of speakers
This section explains the names and functions of the speakers that can be connected to this product.

Speaker type | Abbrev. | Function |

Front |
| Outputs front-channel audio (stereo sound). |
Center |
| Outputs center-channel audio such as movie dialogue or vocals positioned at the center of the screen. |
Surround |
| Outputs surround-channel audio. |
Height |
| Outputs upper-channel audio for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X content. Three placement options are available: Top (ceiling), Front Height (front wall), and Dolby Enabled Speakers (on top of the front speakers). Choose the option that best suits your listening environment. |
Surround back |
| Outputs surround back-channel audio. |
Subwoofer |
| Outputs LFE (Low-Frequency Effects) channel audio and low-frequency content from the front and surround channels. |
