Configuring the Bluetooth function

Bluetooth

Set whether the Bluetooth function will be used.

Setup menu

“Bluetooth” > “Bluetooth”

Settings

Off

Disables the Bluetooth function.

On

Enables the Bluetooth function.

Default setting

On

Disconnect

Disconnects the Bluetooth device from the sound bar.

Setup menu

“Bluetooth” > “Audio Receive” > “Disconnect”

Setup procedure

Select “Disconnect” and press the ENTER key to cancel the Bluetooth connection.

NOTE
  • Unconnected Bluetooth devices cannot use this function.

Audio Send

Use Bluetooth devices (speakers/headphones, etc.) to listen to audio played on the sound bar.

“Bluetooth” > “Audio Send” > “Transmitter”

Settings

Off

Disables the Bluetooth audio transmission function.

On

Enables the Bluetooth audio transmission function.

Default setting

Off

Device Search

When the “Transmitter” is set to “On” in the Setup menu, connect the Bluetooth device (speaker/headphones, etc.) to be used for audio transmission.

Set the Input of the sound bar to something other than Bluetooth.

“Bluetooth” > “Audio Send” > “Device Search”

Setup procedure

a Check the message and press the ENTER key.
A Bluetooth device that can be connected to the sound bar appears.

b Select the Bluetooth device for sending audio.

c Press the ENTER key.
When the connection is completed, “Completed” will be displayed.

d Press the ENTER key.

This completes the setting.

NOTE
  • If the Bluetooth device you wish to connect does not appear in the list, pair the Bluetooth device and then perform the “Device Search” again.
  • To terminate the connection, turn off the Bluetooth speakers/headphones.
