Setting the MAC address filter
Sets the MAC address filter to limit access to the unit from other network devices.
NOTE
- Operation of the AirPlay function or the DMC is not limited by this setting.
- You can specify up to 10 network devices that are permitted to access the unit.
Setup menu
“Network” > “MAC Address Filter” > “Filter”
Settings
Off | Disables the MAC address filter. |
On | Enables the MAC address filter. Specify the MAC addresses of the network devices that will be permitted access to the unit. |
When selecting “On”
- Use the cursor keys to select an MAC address number.
- Use the cursor keys to move the edit position and to select a value.
- To specify another MAC address, press RETURN and repeat steps 1 to 2.
- Press SETUP.
- This completes the settings.
