Setting the gain for the headphones
This shows how to set the gain for the headphones. Use the setting that’s appropriate for your headphones. This is the gain setting for LINE OUT that’s used when LINE OUT is selected as the output destination.

HI | Gain: high Use this setting with high-impedance headphones. |
LO | Gain: low Use this setting with low-impedance headphones. |

Settings (LINE OUT GAIN)
0dB | The audio signal is output as-is. |
ATT | The audio signal is attenuated by passing through an attenuator and then output. Select this when the input level going to an external amp is too loud. |

CAUTION
- A confirmation message appears when you change the setting from LO to HI or from ATT to 0dB. Turn the volume down sufficiently and then press the [ENTER] button to confirm. If you change this setting without turning the volume down, the resulting volume may be extremely loud, which could cause hearing loss.
