The wireless speakers do not turn on when the sound bar is turned on

If the wireless speakers do not turn on, the following could be the cause.

  • The wireless speakers are not connected to USB power adapters.
  • If the wireless speakers are not connected to USB power adapters, the wireless speakers do not turn on automatically even if the sound bar is turned on. In this case, press the power buttons on both of the wireless speakers to turn them on.
  • The wireless speakers were turned off in SOLO mode.
  • If the mode was set to SOLO when the wireless speakers were turned off, the wireless speakers do not turn on automatically even if the wireless speakers are connected to USB power adapters. Choose SURROUND mode, and then turn off the wireless speakers.
  • The remaining battery level of the wireless speakers is low.
  • Connect the wireless speakers to USB power adapters and charge the wireless speakers before operation. For details, refer to the User Guide of the wireless speakers.
