MONITOR (CUE/MONITOR) screen

The MONITOR (CUE/MONITOR) screen is for controlling the signals that are monitored with headphones or near-field monitors.

It allows you to select the source to be continuously monitored and to change the monitor signal to mono or add a delay. The CUE function can also be used for monitoring individual channels.

CUE point selection buttons

Selects the point in the signal path to be monitored.

  • PFL :
  • Just before the fader
  • AFL :
  • After the fader
  • POST PAN :
  • After the pan

CUE Mode button

Used to switch the CUE mode.

  • Mix CUE :
  • Enables CUE for multiple channels.
  • Last CUE :
  • Enables CUE for the last channel selected.

PFL Trim setting text box

For adjusting the CUE monitor volume when PFL is selected. It can be set in the range of -30 to +20 dB.

Touch to display the input screen for each value.

Mono button

When turned ON, the monitor signal changes to mono.

Cue Interruption button

Toggles whether the CUE interrupts the monitor output.

Delay button

Delays the monitor signal.

Used when a time difference exists due to distance between the mixer and the FOH speaker.

Monitor output button

Turns the monitor output ON and OFF.

The signal is output to the [PHONES] connector regardless of this setting.

Monitor selection buttons

For selecting the monitor source.

Delay setting text box

Delay can be specified by frame, meter, sample, feet or ms.

The unit can be selected by PREFERENCE screen → OtherDisplay Delay Scale.

Touch to display the input screen for each value.

Monitor level meter

Displays the monitor level.

Clear CUE button

Clears all CUE as a batch.

Monitor level slider

Adjusts the monitor output level.

The signal is output to the [PHONES] connector regardless of this setting.
