- A ○ mark indicates a supported format.
- A ● mark indicates a format that is supported only when using DSC (Display Stream Compression). DSC is a video signal compression technology standardized by VESA.
- Depending on the connected device or HDMI cable, the video may be distorted. In that case, change this setting.
- When set to “8K Mode”, use an Ultra High Speed HDMI cable or an Ethernet-compatible Ultra High Speed HDMI cable.
- When set to “4K Mode 1”, use a Premium High Speed HDMI cable or an Ethernet-compatible Premium High-Speed HDMI cable.
Setting the HDCP version for HDMI input ports
You can set the HDCP version for each HDMI input port. When viewing 4K/8K video, if you are using a TV that supports up to HDCP 1.4, set this to “1.4”. The setting can be changed for each HDMI input port.

Setting standby synchronization with the TV
You can configure whether the TV and this product enter power standby together.

- This setting is applied when SETTINGS menu > “HDMI Control” is set to “On”.
Configuring ARC
TV audio can be played back via an HDMI cable. To listen to TV audio using other connection methods, configure the setting in SETTINGS menu > “Function” > “TV Audio Input”.

- This setting is applied when SETTINGS menu > “HDMI Control” is set to “On”.
- To use the eARC function, “ARC” does not need to be set. If the TV supports eARC, it is automatically recognized and connected.
