Setting the use of HDMI Standby Through

Selects whether to output video/audio, which is input through HDMI jacks, to the TV when the unit is in standby mode.

“HDMI” > “Standby Through”

Settings

Off

Does not output video/audio to the TV.

On

Outputs video/audio to the TV.
The unit is in HDMI Standby Through mode, and it consumes more power than when “Off” or “Auto” is selected.

Auto

Automatically selects whether to output video/audio depending on the status of the connected device.

NOTE
  • “Off” is not selectable when “HDMI Control” is set to “On”.
