Setting Virtual Surround Back Speaker (VSBS)

Selects whether to create Virtual Surround Back Speaker (VSBS). When VSBS is enabled, the unit creates VSBS using the surround speakers even if no surround back speakers are connected.

“Sound” > “Virtual Speaker” > “VSBS”

Does not create Virtual Surround Back Speaker (VSBS).

On

Creates Virtual Surround Back Speaker (VSBS).

NOTE
  • VSBS is effective only when 6.1/7.1-channel content is played back.
  • VSBS, that is working with CINEMA DSP 3D, is not available when the straight decode mode or the pure direct playback mode is enabled.
