7.2 Bi-Amp +2Zone

You can connect the front speakers that support bi-amp connections. At the same time, the Zone function allows you to play back an input source in the room where the unit is installed and in other 2 rooms. To enable the bi-amp function and the Zone function, configure the necessary speaker settings.

NOTICE
  • Before making bi-amp connections, remove any brackets or cables that connect a woofer with a tweeter. If you are not making bi-amp connections, make sure that the brackets or cables are connected before connecting the speaker cables. Refer to the instruction manual of the speakers for details.
NOTE
  • You can also connect up to 2 subwoofers (with built-in amplifier) to the unit. Two subwoofers connected to the unit output the separate sounds, and so you can place them on the left/right or front/rear sides of the room. In this case, their layout settings must be changed.
  • When using only one subwoofer, you can place it either in the left or right side.
  • When Zone3 output is enabled, the surround back speakers in the Main zone do not output sound.
