TROUBLESHOOTING
- Check the following first when any problem occurs
- When a problem occurs: Power or overall functionality
- The power turns off suddenly
- The power cannot be turned on
- No operations can be performed from the sound bar’s controls
- All indicators are off although the power is on (the power appears to be off)
- The sound bar does not function correctly
- The sound bar turns on by itself
- The sound bar cannot be controlled with the remote control
- The sound bar cannot be controlled using the TV’s remote control
- Alexa does not respond when called
- The UPDATE indicator is flashing green
- When a problem occurs: Audio
- No sound
- No sound is coming from the subwoofer
- The volume decreases when the sound bar is turned on
- No surround effect
- Noise is heard
- When a problem occurs: Bluetooth®
- The sound bar cannot be connected to a Bluetooth® device
- No sound can be heard or the sound cuts off intermittently from a Bluetooth® device
- When a problem occurs: Network
- Network functions cannot be used
- The sound bar cannot be connected to the Internet via a wireless LAN router (access point)
- A wireless network cannot be not found
- Audio cannot be played with AirPlay
- The sound bar is not detected on an AirPlay-compatible device
- Streaming services cannot be played
- An audio file on the media server (NAS, etc.) cannot be played
- Unable to update the firmware via a network
- When a problem occurs: App
- The app cannot detect the sound bar
- A media server (NAS, etc.) is not detected with the app
