Applying access permissions for guest users

This explains how to set access permission for GUEST users.

  1. Log in on the LOGIN screen as the Administrator.
  1. Touch the User Account icon on the LOGIN screen to open the USER ACCOUNT screen.
  1. Select Guest user on the USER ACCOUNT screen.
  1. Touch the Access Permission Edit button to open the ACCESS PERMISSION screen.
  1. Select the controls that guest users have access to.
  1. To confirm whether the access restrictions were set as desired, open the LOGIN screen again and log in as a guest user.
  1. Make sure that access-restricted controls are not available.
NOTE
  • When the console is initialized, passwords are canceled. The access restrictions for guest users return to their defaults as well.
