Problem | Cause | Action |

The device exists on the network, but cannot be found by ProVisionaire Edge. |
The device may not be registered because the device model does not support automatic registration. |
Manually register the device in “Manual Device Registration” in ProVisionaire Edge Setting.

The target device may not be supported by ProVisionaire Edge. |
