4. Troubleshooting

Problem Cause Action

The device exists on the network, but cannot be found by ProVisionaire Edge.

The device may not be registered because the device model does not support automatic registration.

Manually register the device in “Manual Device Registration” in ProVisionaire Edge Setting.
Models that do not support automatic registration (as of ProVisionaire Edge v1.2)
・DM7 Control
・DM3 Standard *When connecting two or more devices

A device on the network cannot be registered from ProVisionaire Edge Setting.

The target device may not be supported by ProVisionaire Edge.
