Network functions

If the sound bar is connected to a network, the following network-based functions are available.

  • Various streaming services
  • Amazon Alexa
  • Playback with AirPlay
  • Controlling the sound bar with the app

The sound bar supports wired and wireless connections. Connect the sound bar to a network with the wired or wireless connection method based on your network environment.

NOTICE
  • Do not connect this product to a public Wi-Fi and/or Internet service directly. Only connect this product to the Internet through a router with strong password protections. Consult your router manufacturer for information on optimum security practices.
NOTE
  • The sound bar cannot be connected to a network that requires manual setup. Connect the sound bar to a DHCP-enabled router.
  • The dedicated smartphone app “Sound Bar Controller” is required to configure the wireless connection settings.
  • Amazon Alexa and streaming services are only provided in certain areas. Amazon Alexa and streaming services may not be available in some countries or regions where the product is used.
