Errors shown on the front display
When an error is shown on the front display, check it in the following table.
Message | Contents | Solution |
---|---|---|
Check SP Wires | The speaker cable(s) are shorted. | Firmly twist the core wires of each of the speaker cables and then reconnect them to this product and the speakers. For more details, refer to the following. |
Access denied | The media server (PC/NAS) is denying access. | Change the share settings of the media server (PC/NAS) so this product can access the folders on the media server. |
Access error | Cannot access the USB device. | Turn OFF this product and then plug the USB device in again. If the message is still displayed, move the music files to a different USB device and play them. |
There is a problem with the network. | Check whether the router and/or modem are ON and whether this product is connected properly with the router (or hub). For more details, refer to the following. | |
No content | No files that the product can play are in the selected folder. | Select a folder that contains files that the product can play. |
Please wait | The product is making necessary preparations for connecting to a network. | Wait until the message disappears. If it fails to disappear after 3 minutes, turn the power OFF and then back ON. |
Unable to play | Music files on the USB device fail to play. | Make sure the files are playable on this product. Refer to the following for the music file formats supported by this product. If the music data cannot be played on any other device, it may be corrupted. |
Music files on a media server (PC/NAS) fail to play. | Make sure the files are playable on this product. Refer to the following for the music file formats supported by this product. If the file(s) are supported by this product but still cannot be played, the network may be overloaded. | |
USB Overloaded | Too much current flowing to the USB device. | Turn OFF this product and then plug the USB device in again. If the message is still displayed, move the music files to a different USB device and play them. |
Not Found | No firmware file is stored in the USB flash drive while updating the firmware. | Verify that the latest firmware is stored in your USB flash drive. For more details, refer to the following. |
Version error | Error in updating the firmware. | Try updating the firmware again. For more details, refer to the following. |
Update failed. | Error in updating the firmware. | Try updating the firmware again. Update by using the USB flash drive instead of updating via your network. For more details, refer to the following. |
