Selecting the upmix preset of the AURO-3D decoder
Selects the one of presets for the Auro-Matic that best suits the content you want to play. The AURO-3D decoder has the upmix function (Auro-Matic) that is tuned for effective AURO-3D playback according to your content. It is used when “AURO-3D” is selected in the surround decoder settings.

Settings
Small | This preset is ideal for pop music and chamber music. |
Medium | This preset is ideal for jazz music, general movies, and TV programs. |
Large | This preset is ideal for content recorded in a large space, such as an orchestra. |
Movie | This preset is ideal for movie content such as action movies with scenes of loud explosions. |
Speech | This preset is ideal for news broadcasts, talk shows, and other content that is mostly dialogue and has no spatial information. |
