The power does not turn on. |
The interval between power-on and off is short. |
Turn the power off, wait about six seconds, and then turn it on. |

No sound. |
The cable is not connected properly. |
Make sure to insert the cable all the way in. |

The DSP (digital stage) input level has been lowered in the dedicated app or on the speaker unit. |
Increase the input level on the dedicated app or the speaker unit. |

Sound got smaller suddenly. |
The amplifier became too hot, causing the protection function to activate and the limiter to engage. |
In this case, THERMAL will be displayed on the HOME screen. To reduce the amplifier’s heat, lower the output level and improve ventilation around the rear panel. Also, make sure the rear panel is not exposed to direct sunlight. |

Sound is interrupted suddenly. |
The amplifier temperature has increased further, activating the protection function and muting the amplifier. |
In this case, THERMAL will be displayed on the HOME screen. To reduce the amplifier’s heat, lower the output level and improve ventilation around the rear panel. Also, make sure the rear panel is not exposed to direct sunlight. The system will automatically return to normal when the temperature drops. |

The speaker units are damaged. |
If MUTED is not displayed on the HOME screen and MAIN Meter is moving but no sound is heard, the speaker unit may be damaged. Contact your Yamaha dealer. |

The screen display disappears immediately. |
The AUTO DIMMER function is turned on. |

The [LIMIT] indicator remains lit, or it lights up frequently. |
The input signals are too high. |
Lower the MAIN Level or input signal level so that the [LIMIT] indicator lights up intermittently. |

Initialize the PIN code in MAINTENANCE . |

Bluetooth connection cannot be established. |
Another Bluetooth device is connected. |
Break the current Bluetooth connection, and then connect the desired Bluetooth device. |

Pairing is broken. |
Depending on the initialization settings, pairing information may also be initialized. Pair the device again. |

The Bluetooth sound cuts out. |
There is something that emits 2.4 GHz-band electromagnetic waves (such as a wireless microphone transmitter, wireless LAN device, or microwave oven) near this product. |
Place this product away from anything that emits electromagnetic waves. |

The wireless LAN function of the Bluetooth device is turned on. |
Turn off the wireless LAN function, and turn on only the Bluetooth function. |
